Graficom has a full skilled service desk on Curacao as well as in The Netherlands, which is used for support issues. We also have a local presence on Aruba, so support can be provided on site. Taking the time zones into account, experienced IT specialists are available over a long period of time to maintain your IT environment. To relieve you as much as possible, we look at which activities can be done from which location, so that you as a customer experience as little inconvenience as possible.

This service desk can be reached by phone and by e-mail. We can be reached 24 hours a day, between 06:00 and 17:00 (on working days) one of our employees will immediately get on the phone. With more than 40 certified IT specialists spread over Aruba, Curacao and the Netherlands, they are ready to assist your organization in further resolving your problem or incident. Because we also have specialists locally on Curaçao, they can also come to your location if desired.
